Job Summary Provides administrative support in the business office to record receipts for vehicle sales and after‑sale accessories. In addition, will process customer refunds and check‑requests, distribute incoming mail, process POs and accounts payables, replenish change and petty cash funds and other clerical duties as assigned by the Office Manager. Key Outcomes Record cash receipts for vehicle and accessory sales Prepare bank deposits and armored car records Process IRS Form 8300 for cash transactions Process check requests for refunds, cancellations, and overpayment Issue warranty books and maintain log Prepare purchase orders for all administrative purchases Code purchase orders with proper GL numbers Attach purchase orders to invoices and send for processing Replenish change and petty cash funds Order office supplies Distribute incoming mail including courier drops and inter‑office mail Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum one of cashiering experience; auto dealership titling and registration experience preferred. Skills: Ability to type 25 wpm, proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, 10‑key by touch, strong communication and customer relations skills. Competencies: Ability to multi‑task, strong attention to detail, flexibility and ability to adapt to change, team player. Licenses and Certifications: None.
