Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets. Record and track all interactions with clients in the CRM system for accurate reporting and follow-up purposes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling and warm calling techniques. Ability to effectively engage customers through inside sales strategies. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
